Susannah York - forgotten star?

Many of her best films were often on TV when I was growing up and now she's just noted as Superman's mum. But in films like - The Greengage Summer, They Shoot Horses, Don't They?, Sands of the Kalahari, The Killing of Sister George, Battle of Britain, Jane Eyre, Zee and Co, Gold - she was both often good and always beautiful.
Watched Battle of Britain (again) last night (in which, if you'll excuse me, she is particularly yummy) and was reminded to seek out some of these old favourites and watch them again.
