Whose dick did he suck to get all these HP movies?

He is a horrible director who only had one single film under his belt before Harry Potter 5: an indie film from 1998 that nobody saw. How does he keep landing these movies? This guy clearly sucked some cock at Warner Bros HQ, or he does the movies for free.
