Does he have some sort of neuro problem?

Don't get me wrong, I always enjoy his work. But he does this very subtle shaking type thing. I first saw him in Basquiat and I thought he was simply playing the part that way. But I see it in everything he does. Almost kind of a very slight jerky way of moving. Anyone else notice this?
