It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Does she look like she is smelling something, or look like her body has some sort of odor, or look like she uses her eyes the same way she uses her nose? Learn to write complete thoughts.
shareI'm pretty sure OP is saying he thinks Shailene's appearance gives the impression that she has BO. In school there was this dude who always came to class with horrible BO, and the other kids would tell him "[name], you smell!" as a slightly more clinical and civil way of telling him that he stank.
I'm not sure how OP would get this impression, though. It's not like her profile picture makes her look particularly sweaty or dirty or something like that.
