I just don't see that happening. For one thing she has tons of witnesses who can testify on her behalf. The police have nothing except what they saw on video which can be misleading.
Just my feeling. Maybe I'm wrong. But I don't see it happening.
Unless she accepts a plea bargain in which case she won't do any time either. Just pay a fine and be done with it.
