He Looks Like...
Michael Madsen! I was watching 30 Rock and when he had the short hair he looked exactly like Madsen maybe in like Reservoir Dogs or Free Willy. Anyone agree?

... in totally disagreeing with the Madsen comparison. I adore Michael Madsen. I adore Dean Winters. Beyond the fact that they both play convincing tough guys, that's where all comparison ends.

He really reminds me of Michael Madsen. It's not so much that they look alike, although there is a vague resemblance (especially around the eyes and mouth), it's more the voice and attitude. Yeah, they both play tough guys, but so do a lot of other guys. It's the way they play it : smoky, sexy voice, swagger, slightly sleazy charm. And they both make really similar facial expressions, and have similar mannerisms. They're hard to describe, something to do with blinking, twitching the cheek, and tilting the head.
That sounds like a lot of rot, doesn't it. It's hard to express. Anyway, I agree with the OP.
He reminds me of Jason Wiles aka "Bosco" from Third Watch.

He looks a little like Dean Winters, but not much. Jason looks a little like Luke Perry.
Dean looks like he could be a younger brother of Mickey Rourke pre-boxing, pre-facial reconstruction....like MR looked in RumbleFish.

I'm finally watching Oz. It took me a while to figure it out, but to me, he looks a lot like Michael Rosenbaum.
