I honestly barely remember him in The Departed. Not sure what else I'd pick... maybe Scum or Last Orders.

One of those actors who elevates pretty much everything he's in.

Also, he's a physical chameleon. He always appeared different in every role I've seen him in to the point where I never have a clear picture of him when I think of him.
