I think Gemma Arterton looks a bit like her and Gemma is English. There are also some Italian-English girls who have a bit of that look, like Rachael Leigh Cook.
Katharine McPhee, who was on American Idol, and now sings and acts, is listed as English, Irish, Scottish and German ancestry, yet she has a bit of the exotic look, same as Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
