Can he really make those sounds?

I have been watching the Police Academy films and it just doesn't seem like a human being can make those noises he makes.

He really can make ALL those sounds. Extremely talented man. 😎👍

I think he does more of the basic ones, but probably not the more complex ones. He may get credit for doing them.....but (IMO), it sounds more like something being produced in the studio. Maybe there's some youtube videos of him live onstage....doing the more complex sound effects?

He makes every single sound coming out of his mouth himself. In one of the Police Academy movies, he did better sound effects than they could produce in the studio.

I believe he has done stand up comedy up few times using similar sounds.

I enjoyed that 80s style of stand up when people also had a shtick.

This one guy was able to keep cigarettes in his mouth.

I was just talking about this with someone last night, that there are no longer comics with a schtick or on-stage persona. We were discussing Rodney Dangerfield, Emo Philips, Bobcat Goldthwait, and Andrew Dice Clay, but the ones you mention belong on the list as well.

Those are some great names in comedy. 80s were great for many things and comedians and entertainers are right up there.

Have you ever heard of Bob Nelson? He had a epic hbo special.
