PHENOMENAL. I gotta say ... he's a freaking great actor, totally believable, he was great in insidious & i loved him even more in The Conjuring, i reckon the chemistry between him and Vera and the portrayal of Patrick's & Vera's characters (in the conjuring) were quite exceptional. Seen some other works too - imo he has great ability to articulate the characters he plays...

I've then as of recent, just seen 'Hard Candy', and damn, throughout the whole film, i must say, he put on a damn great and convincing performance, especially in the certain "intense scenes" (if you've seen the movie, you'll know what i'm talking about). I wish him the most of successes, and i dont tend to post stuff like this on here, but i felt it must be said. Totally psyched for his upcoming movies.

Patrick is incredible actor. Even if the movie is mediocre or bad his performance is still very good. You should watch him in Phantom of the Opera. If you don't want to watch it then watch him sing on You Tube. His singing voice is so good. Anyway he is one of the most talented actors.

I have to agree with you on that. With Hard Candy, the film in terms of the storyline etc, were pretty decent, but the acting definitely made the film.

Oh, i've been meaning to get around to that movie, but i have seen videos of him singing + some the wilson van live performances, i love the fact that he's an actor/musician. One talented man i must say

I have not seen all his movies. I also like The Conjuring,Hard Candy and Insidious. So other ones I can recommend is Young Adult and Little Children. Hopefully I gave you recommendations of movies you will like.

He is multitalented.

I know that some of the fans of Phantom book and plays don't like the movie. I still liked the Phantom of the Opera movie.

You should check him on You Tube for singing Do I Ever Cross Your Mind. Its a Dolly Parton cover. Him and Carrie Underwood did sing together for another song. Can't remember the name of the song. Those two performances were for Broadway meets Country. I enjoyed them. I like some country and broadway music.

I like him as an actor but he rarely acts in anything that interests me.

All good :) & yeah i like those movies too!
i've seen little children but not Young Adult, what do you reckon about that film ? does he play a major role or ..?
& i've also seen 'The Ledge'.

yes he is! i was actually surprised that he isnt in as much movies as i thought he'd be in..

oh and phantom of the opera's on my list :) ill definitely check it out

suddenly seymour ? & you could totally tell he's broadway haha, his singing voice totally sounds like it, gosh, he's great!

Patrick is not in it the whole time. He is in it enough. Before you watch Young Adult, you should know its dark comedy.

For god's sake people, watch Angels in America! Also, especially love him in Little Children ;)

& no worries :)

The Ledge is good, also Lakeview Terrace (if you havent already seen it) :)
