She recently came out with a book

I read an excerpt from it this morning. It's called Where am I now?

It looks like an authentic look into her life. The excerpt was well-written and stayed with me all day. I just thought I'd post about it in case fans did not know about the book.

I just finished reading it. It was good and I would recommend it to people who enjoyed her movies as kids. A lot of what she said had a resonance with me although that's probably true of a lot of people. She definitely likes the slightly humorous personal anecdote writing style, and it suits.
I am a bit confused as she said initially she stopped acting as it wasn't fun, but the book rather indicates she stopped because she couldn't get parts. I'm sure it was a bit of both but I found that interesting.
Had been hoping for a bit more info on some other movies but she didn't really get into it that much.
