Has she ever done non-depressing films?

Everything I've seen her in, she's been a really tragic character in a really tragic program. Even on Dawson's Creek, the crappy teen show. Has she ever done anything remotely happy?

If by happy, you mean dumb. Nope.

Dick is a fun movie. Kind of an overlooked little gem.

Yes, and definitely "non-depressing".

Yeah, Oz: The Great and Powerful. I Feel Pretty, The Greatest Showman, hell Venom is pretty damn silly. IMDb is your friend.

The Station Agent is very sweet, too.

She does tend to over do it with the bleak films, but it's a shame as some her more likeable performances she's pretty great in but she does't seem to go for those roles a lot.

But I'm a Cheerleader (1999)- She's not in this one beyond 5 minutes, but funny Lesbian romantic comedy. Pretty upbeat considering it's subject matter of trying to turn gay kids straight.

The Station Agent (2003)- Rather sweet film, she plays a really likeable young librarian who falls for Peter Dinklage loner. Sure her character is pregnant by a asshole but a lot of her scenes are pretty upbeat and it's a rare William's performance when she plays a good hearted character.

Dick (1999)

The Greatest Showman (2017)

Venom is pretty silly but fun.

I’ve never seen her in anything. I’ve only watched her nude scene clips.
