I disagree. There should be a hearing process for something like that, and a bunch of accusations and claims aren't enough. It should be a formal process, and the accused party (Joss) would need to be able to mount some kind of defence or rebuttal. It shouldn't just be that people can say, "So-and-so is abusive" and have them lose things like memberships and jobs. There needs to be a process.
