I agree with Bay here. I don't understand Weaving's recent bitching and moaning. If he thought his roles in TF and Captain America were so beneath him then he should not have done them. I doubt these actors are starving for money that they have to accept every job

To say a project had no meaning to you, but to gladly accept tons of money for 2 hours of voicework, makes you sound like a hypocrite. Kinda whinny too. If you only want to do projects that are "meaninful" to you, don't waste your time doing projects you don't care about.

It's called money, I'm sure a lot of actors do it for the money just like why a lot of people do their jobs they do it even if they hate it for the money.

Butthurt Bay has since removed tyhe comments form his blog, just the time he did when Paramount announced they would only be releasing the garbage known Transformers only on HD-DVD a few years ago.

Guy is an immature hack, he can't accept any criticism at all of his garbage directing style and terrible movies, he still thinks he's twenty something college jock, instead of a near fifty year old middle-aged man.

Oh and by the way, Orson Welles did exactly the same thing as Hugo Weaving back in 85 when he voied Unicron in the original Animated movie, and just did it for the money.

Weaving gets plenty of work. He doesn't "need the money". If he is going to do something only for a paycheck, don't bitch about wanting more time for projects that mean something to you.
