I just saw him in an old Charmed episode and compared to now he looks horrible, if he wants to prolong his acting he should get a grip on his weight and wrinkles - just like women in Hollywood.

He's aging fine. Geez, I am sick of people criticizing how actors look because they have aged normally instead of preserving themselves like weird scientific experiments.

shareI think he still looks great and Charmed was something like 20 years ago. He's a wonderful gifted actor and the writers of NCIS seem to go out of their way to write him as a useless weak link. By the way Fallingstarr - Weatherly actually has 3 children. He has a teenage son from his first marriage. I just wish tptb would stop giving us one tragic Gibbs arc after another and give Tony something interesting to do that doesn't diminish the character for a change.
