Michael Weatherly LEAVING - HOORAY!

I couldn't disagree with you more. Michael plays an important role in NCIS -humor, which is always needed in crime shows. I always loved the interplay between him and Ziva. Hope he continues his career with success.

I also disagree without Tony there is no show. I give it a year.

His annoying presence has been insufferable and irrelevant for most of the show's run. He was always its weakest link. Now we will be free of him, and I send best wishes to the show in finding a good actor to replace him.
You forgot the "In my humble opinion" part!

Seriously...or maybe they didn't learn as a child that their opinion doesn't mean world fact? lol 

I've been an NCIS fan since its beginning and I seriously think that the show itself should end instead of having all its main character leave one by one.

I've liked Tony a lot, but he's more of a caricature than a real character.

Most of the characters are borderline anyway; its been going on for too long without natural evolution.

I have to completely disagree with those who think Mike Weatherly hasn't grown into his role as Tony.
He has actually come a very long way since episode 1.
I will personally miss him just slightly less than if Mark Harmon or David McCallum decided to leave the show...
What you ALL are forgetting, is just how animated Mike Weatherly used to be in his role. Personally, I think he's done a great job with his character and he's done it with his heart in the right place...

It's already been renewed for 2 years. Time for a psychic tune up?
