Just met him last night!

Holy smokes....me and my girlfriend just watched the entire The Tick series last week and have been talking about him all week...

And he walks into this bar in McKinney Texas that my band was playing! He just stood there by the stage with his friends and had a great time!

I was struggling to continue with the show...wanted to drop my guitar and go over and say hi. Luckily he was kind enough to have a conversation with my girlfriend and I after the show. Really mellow and cool guy...just out to have some fun with friends. I told him how awesome he is and that he should be in EVERY comedy.

He told us the story of how they got him into that costume on The Tick...it required two tubes of K-Y jelly!

Wow...I'm still geeking out here!

Congrats on meeting him, I'm from Roanoke and I Met Michael Rooker at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport last year.

I never met him personally, but a friend of mine and I saw him speak at a panel at the Denver Comic Con last year. He was very entertaining and came across as a very genuine guy.

He told this really funny story about how when he was a kid, his parents would only let him watch TV on weekends. So he smuggled a TV into his room in order to watch Get Smart. His dad (a surgeon, BTW) caught on, and came in with a pair of shears and cut the cord in the middle of the episode. Bit of a nasty shock for him, eh?
