Critic Pauline Kael said Jessica had Sidney Guilaref hair by Sidney Guilaref in the film. (He was a noted hairdresser for films at the time).
She had so much beautiful hair that it covered her profile in the scene where she has a long speech with her lover in the hospital bed!!!
