Did not look or sound right for most movies he was in

He did not have leading person looks or the voice for it. Honestly, he was mousy. He would have been better as a fine bit player than a serious leading man even part of the time.

He was amazing in pretty much everything I've seen him in. Though I agree he is more of a character actor than a lead

He was perfect as Tuco in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
