Are they done with directing?

A lot of box office failures in a row now, they've lost a lot of people a lot of money..

And it doesn't seem like they have anything else in the pipe right now.

Will people still let them direct?

They really do have some great ideas, their visual style is damn good... I think they just need to hand off their scripts to some script doctors. And possibly have someone directing the actors to get better performances out of them. They seem to hire good actors/actresses, yet it ends up terribly.
