Not making Bioshock because studio doesnt want mature rating

I would absolutely love to see him tackle on Bioshock, but of course he isnt going to do it because the studio wants a lower rating than what Gore was aiming for. He did the right thing by not going forward, I mean, having no Bioshock film is better than having an unfaithful one.

Still, hope someone helps him out on this project, or if not him, get Guy Del Toro to do it. His style will perfectly suit Bioshock universe. And if they could make it extra faithful by filming the entire film in First Person, with no dialogue from Jack , would be etxra special for fans of the game, like me.

but most importantly, a bioshock film isn't needed, since the video game was considered an interactive cinematic experience. a stilted film which you can only WATCH would have been a step down.
