He could but his body isn't exactly what they'd be looking for, although, CGI would fix it.

I could see him as a young Rambo in a prequel, but only if Stallone writes and directs, and maybe does a small cameo, like he's relating a story of his exploits in Vietnam, and the majority of the movie is a flashback.

Well he did play Rocky's son in Rocky Balboa, so there is a connection to Stallone already. An appearance as a young Rambo would actually be fitting!
