He's definitely the weak link in This Is Us. But he's not given a lot to work with compared to the others.
shareI disagree with this as I think he's just as great as the rest of the cast. If anything knowing now what will end up happening to his character makes the flashbacks even more interesting and Jack is such a great dad to the kids.
shareI have to disagree as well. I think It's nice to see a different side of him as an actor. It's nice to see him play a husband and father and a really great one at that.
He also is the only character that is not in present day (unless when seen on mushrooms lol) which I think makes it a more difficult role. He has to show how his character shaped each person into who they are now and try to be unforgettable in their lives now.
I will agree that he works with some pretty amazing actors. Both actors that play adult Randall and William are excellent in my opinion. That being said I don't think Milo is the weak link. If anything I think it's Chrissy Metz, Mandy Moore or Justin Hartley (buy I still enjoy their characters.
I beg to differ. He's great.
