Any news on Loft?

Just wondering if this film is ever going to see the light of day. Of course, I haven't given up on Black Water Transit either, so I'm clearly in denial of reality at this point. :p But I really really want to see Loft - the pictures and gifs I've seen were enough to put this one on my must-see list.
