As Hugh Jackman will eventually step down. I really think Karl Urban can pull off this role.

Karl Urban is barely 3 years younger than Hugh. I think part of it is keeping the character basically looking forever early/mid 30s, which is somewhat of the look of the char, depending I guess on who's drawing him.
