Officially Announced Next Wolverine movie would be Hugh Jackman's last :(

Even though not young, but I believe Karl is a perfect actor that the role should be handed over to. other options can :

Tom Hardy ( but I think him being BANE in DC would be distracting )
Sam Worthington ( Good Choice, if he has time )
Jensen Ackles ( He could be good too )

Hugh has gone on record to say that he wants Tom Hardy to take over as Wolverine. We shall see what happens. Just glad that originally Dougray Scott had to bow out as Wolverine. I don't think he would have pulled it off as well as Hugh did.

If one gets a chance, watch Dougray Scott in the limited series Crime and it's easy to see he could have pulled it off.

How old is Urban now? They'll want to hire someone under forty for the role, if not under thirty. These film franchises can keep going for a decade or more if they're successful, they want any new actors to be young enough to look good ten ot twenty years from their first job.

And how old is Tom Hardy, anyway? Love him, but age is definitely a factor.

Sam “Pudgy” Worthington?! Mr. No-Menace, No-Charisma, Sack-O’-Taters-Body? He can’t fight off a cold, let alone fight off a superhero. Oh, and Sammy lacks . . . . Oh, what’s the word? Oh yeah: balls. Only a Millennial would think up a nutless wonder Wolverine.

I wonder if what may cause pause with his casting is that he may resemble Jackman too much in the role. Though, of the names I've heard tossed around, I think he would knock it out of the park. Especially after seeing him in The Boys. He has that wild abandon needed for the role.
