There were abortions before Roe v Wade, and there will continue to be abortions. Making it more difficult will not stop women who want/need abortions.

I doubt it. Women who want abortions do not have to use a coat hanger anymore. They can buy abortifacients legally or illegally, or go to a state where abortion is legal.
