Irish pub finally gets paid after T-rump's spawn walk out without paying their tab

After calling "Drinks on us!" in a crowded Irish pub in Doonbeg, Ireland, Donnie Diapers and Eric 'Short Bus' later told owner that they 'don't carry cash' with them and walked out of the bar on Wednesday night without paying the tab. After the Irish press got wind of it - and it spread around the globe - the bar was finally paid three days after.

“I don’t think they carry cash. We were told it’d be all sorted later so there’s no problem," owner Caroline Kennedy told the Irish Post newspaper.

Kennedy said their hefty bar tab was paid on Saturday, three days after the T-rumptots entered her Igoe Inn Bar & Restaurant as part of their 'pub crawl' and bought drinks for everyone, after trashing their hometown of New York City. Turns out T-rump's nearby failing golf resort ended up paying for the tab.

“That [getting paid by the sons] didn’t happen right away,” she said. “So I sent a bill to the Trump golf course.”

The T-rumptots seem to take after their father, who is known to promise everyone his company owes money to the “we’re good for it” line. Over the years he has stiffed thousands of hard working people - from contractors to minimum wage workers at his casinos and hotels.

No dignity - just disgrace.

Bump as the trolls keep trying to hide this.

Fookin' pussy Trump won't even drink alcohol. Such a narcissistic control freak he's too afraid he might get loose lips and say something he shouldn't. If ANYONE was ever in need of a couple of stiff ones it's Donnie the Pussy.

reply

Seriously? Of all the legitimate criticisms of Pres. Trump, you fault him for being a non drinker. A lot of people don't drink. I thought the left was all about "personal choice".

Yes, some people don't like to drink because they don't want to lose control. So what's wrong with that? I've known drinkers who blame their stupid behavior on "Well I was loaded!" So THAT'S better?

My dad never drank because he hated the taste of alcohol. Also, he had little tolerance. He'd have one drink at a wedding if it was pushed on him. And when we got home, he needed a nap.

I'll gladly bump this because it makes Doggie so happy. A life that revolves around nitpicking others' behavior must be kinda sad. Thank goodness Donald Trump Jr. screwed up!!

reply

At least your dad actually tried alcohol before he found out he didn't like it and it affected him adversely. Trump claims to have never had a single drink in his life, not because he loses control but because he's AFRAID he'll lose control.

You can think whatever you want, that's your opinion. My opinion is still that he's a pussy.

reply

Okay, we're entitled to our opinions of course! I've never smoked pot or did drugs because I don't want to lose control. Guess I'm a sissy too!

I know people who have never tried alcohol for religious reasons. My friend's pastor (extremely Fundamentalist, like a Baptist) goes on and on about how he never had "spirits". He'd "rather get high on the Holy Spirit". Now to me, he's kind of a p#ssy! He goes on and on and pats himself on the back for it. Actually his congregation agreed that if they saw him taking a drink, they'd fire him.

It CAN be taken to extremes.

reply

Yes, best not to bring religion into this; my opinions on THAT subject are ten times, hell, a hundred times stronger than about booze! But I'll say this: being raised Catholic (but not anymore), and having one of their major ceremonies involving the drinking of wine...at least they're not hypocritical (in this case, anyway) about attempting to prohibit their congregations from having a sip or two or three outside of church.

WOW - I think this is maybe the third or fourth time in as many years where I actually agree with something you have said. I, too, don't drink - never ever liked the taste of any alcoholic beverage (I find them either too sweet or too sour). None of my friends are drinkers either - maybe a glass of wine or beer when we go out to eat, and it's usually one and done. At our age, no one wants to waste calories on more than one drink so they switch to water all evening.

OK, that's all I agree with in your post. That's more than enough.

Purple said that a life spent nitpicking on others behaviors must be sad.

But . . . isn't purple nitpicking yours?

(And . . . isn't nitpicking Donald T-rump's modus operandi? )

But Purple gave me a smidgen of hope there at the start of her post:

Seriously? Of all the legitimate criticisms of Pres. Trump, you fault him for being a non drinker.

Yes. THANK you, purple!

There *are* legitimate criticisms of Trump to be had.

And on that, I agree. AS DoggieD said "That's more than enough."

Indeed she did. That's why I quoted only the part I agreed with - one giant step for me.

As you said, there's so much more legit criticisms of T-rump; this is not one of them.

reply

Oh boo freaking hoo - 3 days later...was there an interest rate arbitrage someone missed out on?

News flash - maybe they didn't want filthy UK no-Brexit blood currency staining their hands.

reply

It's pretty obvious if the press didn't get involved (and there's a reason the owner complained about this to the press), the owners still wouldn't be paid. The T-rumps are known for stiffing everyone, certainly these two evil spawns had no intention of paying. Only until the media found out.

That's neither "obvious" nor even "provable".

It's just your filthy Trump Derangement Syndrome oozing out again.

My apologies - I should have clarified, "It's pretty obvious to anyone who's IQ is larger than their shoe size..."

I'm so pleased you found a double digit baseline to plumb the 'depths' of your intellect with.
