I guess Trump isn't worth impeaching now

According to Nancy Pelosi the democrats no longer feel Trump is worth the effort to impeach. Why areall our Liberal Commie Friends here on Moviechat so silent about this

reply

It's just a sad mad old hag trying to sound sassy.

"he's just, like, sooooooo not worth it"

You mean, you would have no chance of actually pulling it off. She's insane.

As long as Mitch the Bitch holds the Senate in his withered hand, she's right. He's sold out his country to put his turtle head up Donnie's bloated orange butt (move over Ivanka!) that he'd sooner let a cheap mob boss divide the country than be a real American.

reply

Mitch the Bitch needs to go. He's way past his 'best if used by' date.

reply

They have nothing on him and they know it. 6 more years of hell for them.

reply

She's biding her time. She's not gonna jump the gun like the youngbloods such as AOC.

reply

She'll croak if she waits much longer

reply

So will T-rump, despite his lean, svelte, physically fit body.

reply

Laughed out loud

She has been verbally trivializing impeachment since inauguration day, meanwhile the House is knee-deep in investigating Trump and Team Trump, the House hired two lawyers who co-published (with a third lawyer) two legal treatises on impeaching and/or indicting Trump, the House is investigating Trump and Team Trump as if impeachment is on the table, they're treating the House investigations as one big impeachment investigation, even if impeachment doesn't happen, Trump and Republicans and the vast majority of insiders and pundits right now believe the investigations point towards that purpose, the steps being taken by the House have left Trump and Team Trump and Republicans scared of and reeling from and unprepared for the onslaught of impeachment-level investigations coming straight at them, it's possible the House plan could be to pretend they will impeach him in order to keep Trump/Team Trump/Republicans scared and reeling.

Well, I'm not a liberal (as I recall telling you over a dozen times in the past) and several of us here are either independent or republican, so you should really get over that tired gag of how the only people who hate Trump are liberals and "RINOS".

Now that I've gotten my acknowledgement of your generalization nonsense out of the way, let's move on:

While I'm disappointed they don't seem to want to impeach, I'm not at ALL surprised either--it has more than been proven at this point that any impeachment process will ultimately be unsuccessful because Trump has too many people in his back pocket. Too many partisan scumbags who will back him no matter what. There simply won't be enough votes no matter what.

I think it's a crying shame but that's the reality of it. The only hope we have of being rid of Trump at this point, as I figure it, are the following options:

-Health issues

-Mueller's report and other issues from other investigators come to light to truly paint Trump as a criminal--enough to sway people at the elections to vote him out

As unhealthy as he is (and as much as he lies on his doctor reports), I don't see that rotten bastard succumbing to anything. Rotten bastards like Trump live long, for some deranged, unfair reason. They just do.

Our only hope is enough evidence coming to light that he's guilty. At the very LEAST, it would help sway the elections a bit because, at this point, I don't believe the dems have enough oomph to win the election--not without a bombshell revelation of criminal activity from Trump that's enough to sway the independents and moderates to vote for someone else.

What a damn shame that an obvious criminal like Trump can just skate right on past impeachment. It's simply not right. Clinton and Nixon were impeached for far less.

At this point, I don't have high hopes of us being rid of this madman in 2021. I guess I'm either being pessimistic or realistic...maybe a mixture of both.

Whatever. Fvck it.

Trump supporter logic: Anyone who disagrees with them or criticizes the Toddler-in-Chief is a liberal.

reply

Yeah, it's their #1 go-to every time right next to "but Hillary!"and "she lost! Get over it!".

reply

Nixon's impeachment over basically nothing is pretty reminiscent of the impeach Trump Train you see today

reply

over basically nothing?

Oh my God, learn to read more than a Cracker Barrel menu and crack open a book! Even Republicans agreed Nixon had to go. And, let's be honest, even HE knew it which is why he resigned instead of fighting.

reply

Nixon's impeachment over basically nothing

God...you're not a believer in being subtle with your trolling, are you?

reply

Trump has been impeached by voters, Democrats control the House, voters impeached and removed the Trump/Republican legislative agenda, no more cuts to anything that require Congress' approval, no more wall, lame GOP

Courts have already impeached Trump's best people, plea bargains accepted by his own best people impeached him, his own best people keep impeaching him by resigning all the time

Even Putin impeached Trump

reply

Nixon got impeached back when people were stupid and never seen a tape recorder before, now the whole damn country is bugged

reply

Trump impeached himself long before he ran for the Republican nomination, he impeached himself with every single action he undertook his entire life as a business person/entrepreneur, with each and every word he uttered during his entire life pre-2015, with each and word he uttered on the campaign trail, with each and every action he has taken as a human being, he is an impeachment and has spent his whole life fighting his own self-inflicted train of impeachments, it's a major reason why you people voted for him

reply

The democrats cheated Bernie out of the nomination and thats why enough of your people voted for him to get him elected.

reply

When he does the perp walk out of the White House, will impeachment be necessary?

This is literally a huge boost for Trump and his run for re-election. I was predicting this awhile back that Trump isn't dumb enough to get himself directly involved and has his peons like Cohen and others to do his dirty work so they'll take the fall and he'll screw them over by 'barely' knowing them. Been a few weeks already since the mention of the Mueller probe at its final close for Barr to review.

The left are all over the place with infighting among fellow compatriots. If they don't stat acting uniformed, they're handing it over in 2020 like in 2016. Lot of the MSM are saying the only chance the left has is Joe Biden but almost everyone else is saying no and want to support more radical people (well, radical changes like Green New Deal) instead.

A different opinion would be that Pelosi is playing it safe because back when Bill Clinton was impeached, people felt sympathy on the other side for him.

reply

Another four years of that orange monster is unconscionable but I fear it's going to happen. I literally have no faith in these elections anymore. None.

reply

So which globalist did you want? Jeb, Bernie or Hillary?

reply

Wait....let's just pin you down without getting distracted.

glob·al·ist
/ˈɡlōbəlist/Submit
noun
1.
a person who advocates the interpretation or planning of economic and foreign policy in relation to events and developments throughout the world.

so, someone who knows they operate in a world and plan accordingly and in reaction to what goes on outside their country.

What EXACTLY is wrong with that? I mean, I know in your mind you just think "globalist" is the opposite of "nationalist" (which it really isn't if you knew what "opposite" meant) and that you love (white) nationalists like Trump but I want to see you explain why looking at the world, what is happening in it and what your place in it is...why that's a BAD thing.

reply

Go ask Germany

reply

So no answer. Figures. Because if you're looking to Germany as an answer, their past with nationalistic views like Trump supports didn't turn out well for ANYone.

reply

I'd take Bernie. And, like TJ said--what the hell is wrong with a globalist president? We're not North Korea, much as you insane Trump sheep seem to want us to become it.

reply

Go ask the UK School Districts

Stop regurgitating Alex Jones talking points, put on your big boy pants and just ANSWER the question. IN detail. You keep spouting this nonsense, now back it up. Or shut up and let the adults talk.
