They know now that without a majority on the Supreme Court, all their evil plans are now kaput because they can't use the loophole to pass their lousy laws anymore.
shareFighting to keep certain justices off the scotus bench isn't typically done to pass laws. Its done to prevent rulings of an extreme nature from a justice with extreme views. There were other scotus picks to choose from that were just as conservative as Kavanaugh. Trump and repubs liked Kavanaugh because he said a sitting president couldn't be indicted. Kavanaugh is there to protect Trump from any investigation even if it finds Trump legitimately guilty.

I always knew it was. The Democraps were not just covering up their own crimes, but trying to make up ones to "get Trump" and take him out of office. Didn't work. It's one reason he let them make fools of themselves by going on this wild goose chase for 3 years.
