A growing number of Republicans want T-rump off the ticket in 2020

In the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll, one-third of Republicans polled want T-rump off the party's ticket for the 2020 Election. As T-rump himself would say, 'That's a youge number'.

Despite his claims of being the most popular President earlier this month (he's still sinking in the latest poll numbers, with an average of 38% approval), a notable number of people do not support T-rump in the GOP, and want someone else on the ticket.

Among those identifying as "liberal/moderate" Republicans, the vote is split: 49% want him on the ticket while 48% do not.

Among "very conservative" Republicans, he gets the msot support with 85% who want him on the ticket and 11% do not.

Those identifying as 'conservatives' are more likely to want Trump to be renominated (74% yes /23% no), but with those who identify as 'Republican' the numbers change drastically (65% yes /32% no).

As the numbers increase to boot him off the ticket, a number of Republicans are hinting that they are interested in challenging T-rump in a primary, including ormer Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse and, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan. Former SotH Paul Ryan has been mentioned in Republican circles, as well as fornmer US Ambassador Nikki Haley.

Pundits say this group of republicans - and many others - have broken away from the current T-rump party, so they can say to voters: "See, we all weren't -- and aren't -- like this!"

Since he likes the word so much, maybe Trump and his allies can splinter off into a new "Nationalist Party," allowing the rest of the Republicans to return to being right wing instead of ultra right or alt-right.

reply

Would love to see a Nationalist Party!

...much, much better than the Globalist (i.e. DemocRAT) party, or the Cuckold (i.e. Repub) party.

whoa whoa whoa.....offensive AND racist there, skippy!

reply

And he gets deleted! Proud T-rump supporter, that GotWood84!

reply

Lol I'm not a supporter of Trump. My comment was directed at Kingswood. He is the Trump supporter.

reply

Trump is a globalist so I guess he's also a democRAT. He tries to disguise it with his wall idea while he shakes hands with Russian, Israeli and Saudi elites.

reply

Nope, he puts America first...unlike the UN-groveling-baby-killing 'rats.

Trump is doing a great job compared to the last guy, an eloquent speaking socialist elitist.

Your life is far better than it was 18 months ago, don't be afraid to admit it.

Gas prices alone should have you (and other snowflakes) jizzing in your pants.

Of course, leftists only care about fake news; like some white kid from Kentucky standing his ground in the face of a lying war drum beating native american instigator.

reply

"Nope, he puts America first..."

You poor, lost sheep - FOX has you brainwashed into believing Russia is America.

reply

I'd much rather live in Trump's America than Pelosi's!

You mouth-breathing TDS snowflakes think fake-news socials issues like very late-term abortions, transgendered marriage rights and unfettered mass immigration is what most Americans want ...you poor delusional bastards.

reply

LOL @ blah blah blah!

reply

Thanks for responding and acknowledging you're a mouth-breathing TDS snowflake.

reply

That there is a snowflake response if I've ever heard one!

reply

A growing number of Conservative every day men don't get a shit what Cuckservative Politicians want. Thats why they voted for Trump

reply

I think the issue is that the anti Trump brigade only share this type of news within your own echo-chamber ... which doesn't really help your cause because you already hate Trump ...

It's kind of like how an entire legion of young pro-Hillary supporters thought they were going to win the last election 100%-0% because their entire experience of the campaign - which was online lol, was all the same people with the same pov ... the issue is their online echo-chamber was 100% out of touch with the average american (for which they are heavily outnumbered), hence the convincing loss and the crying in the streets and the disgusting flag burning tantrums etc - followed by the brexit style labeling of the majority of the US as sexist bigots etc etc you know the rest.

If you really want to get your message out, try actually getting out. Creating 500,000 threads on moviechat.org and attacking people on twitter isn't going to win your party an election ...

Perhaps you could focus on engaging people with why your candidate is good, as opposed to solely focusing on why the opposition is bad?

That's anti-reality BS and you should know it. Hillary got nearly 3 million more votes than Trump. The average voter voted Democrat in 2016.

"Perhaps you could focus on engaging people with why your candidate is good,"

Candidate? We are between two elections. There are no candidates right now.

reply

Yes as in, perhaps that's something to think about next time. That way you wouldn't have the spend *another* 4 years crying in the streets and on a movie forum about it.

But sure, don't heed the advice and do exactly what you guys did last time. Perhaps the result will be different somehow?

This would make sense if I, or anyone on this board, worked in the Hillary Clinton 2016 election campaign.

Something to think about? What should I think about? What shall I do different next time?

There are no answers to these questions because you're just vomiting up random, vague B.S.

Your completely incorrect fact about the average voter and the "convincing loss" showed you really didn't know WTF you were talking about... even though you were discussing an event from 2 years ago and had no excuse for being ignorant of the ACTUAL vote results.

You come here to this board attempting to shoot down conversations (ironically creating more conversation in the process), labeling people as "crying" and such while you cry about other peoples' conversations that don't impact you at all, and for what? In the vain hope that we'd move on from spending time discussing Trump to spending more time discussing movies?

Let me clue you in on something: Talking about Trump and his antics is FUN. We actually enjoy this, we're not crying.

You're just projecting your own low maturity level onto others.

reply

Maybe you could support Trump then if he wins? That way you would be happy instead of angry?

reply

Damn! You’re a special kind of stupid.
