Eric Trump says he wants his father to declare a national emergency at border.

President Trump's son, Eric Trump, said Tuesday that he wants his father to declare a national emergency to move forward with building a wall along the southern border.

"I want him to declare an emergency," he said during an appearance on Fox News' "Hannity."

"Oh, I think he will," host Sean Hannity responded.

Trump added that he thinks his father should declare the emergency to "build the wall with the United States military because that's what people in this country want."

Wow...Eric Trump and Sean Hannity together in one room. The fact that there wasn't a studio fire makes me doubt the existence of God.

Why doesn't he do it though? Why is he holding back on declaring a national emergency but instead holding federal workers hostage? Is it because he doesn't like the military budget touched one bit and would rather take it off from welfare?

Why doesn't he just accept Pelosi's offer to improve scanners at points of entry? Is he afraid it will actually work in decreasing the drugs that enter the country which will end up giving her the credit instead of him?
