Leslie Jones equates Trump to the decision to not continue her Ghostbusters franchise

If there isn't a more pathetic bitch in Hollywood, I don't know who it is. She said Reitmans decision to continue the original Ghostbusters story is "like Trump did it" because it's as if ours never happened. Does this dumb cunt even realize that her story did exactly that to the original? She must know how stupid she sounds, and had to add some liberal pandering to gain any amount of support.

First of all--they ARE continuing the franchise: a real Ghostbusters 3 and not that garbage from Paul Feig. Secondly, I could do without both Jones AND Trump

Paul Feig is an idiot for sure. He got too far up his own ass and Ghosbusters 2016 was the result. Jones's performance wasn't good but it was far from the worst thing about that movie which was all improv because Feig somehow thought it was working.

People seem to jump all over Jones because of Milo's own idiocy regarding twitter's TOS. To this day people still think Milo was kicked off twitter because of a ghostbusters review. They don't realize the stuff he pulled is not allowed by anyone on that platform.

I mainly hate Jones because of all the anti-male crap she was partaking in when the negative reviews came in. I'm not aware of whatever this Milo situation is you're referring to.

I don't appreciate being called "a 40-something sexist loser who lives in his mom's basement" just because I wanted the movie to honor the continuity of the other Ghostbusters films.

I'm sure she probably jumped on that so as to not look bad in the eyes of the feminist moviegoers but she should have known better and shown more class than that. That goes for all those involved who took to insulting us (rightfully-pi$$ed) old Ghostbusters fans.

I honestly attribute about 70% of that movie's failure to the mean-spirited "bash the old fans, sweep them under the rug and cater to a new generation" marketing campaign for that movie.

What an odd way to try to make a blockbuster: a remake of a successful series where the entire cast and staff bashes all the old fans, basically tells them "this isn't for you" and tries to cater to an audience that doesn't exist.

I don't know much about marketing but that doesn't seem to be a bankable idea in my eyes. LOL!

Her movie sucked. An insult to the original.
