Is the Trump Shutdown a Directive from Putin?

Trump didn't care about the wall for two years while the Republicans had control of Congress. Suddenly, after yet another secret meeting with Putin, it becomes a priority. Trump is hurting security, the economy and millions of Americans with the Trump Shutdown.

Other Putin directives that Trump supports are leaving NATO, Syria and Iraq as well as removing sanctions which weaken the U.S. and strengthen Russia.
