Mueller expected to release "key findings" after the midterms

Various news sources - including FOX! - are reporting that Mueller is expected to release "key findings" of the Russia investigation shortly after the midterms, which are less than three weeks away. "Insiders" have told sources he's close to finishing his inquiries on two major issues: whether Russia colluded with the T-rump campaign to influence the 2016 election, and whether T-rump obstructed justice during the probe.

Some sources are also reporting that two major indictments - very possible to be two family members of T-rump - may be announced right after the midterms by Mueller as well.

reply

Yeah I read about this yesterday in Bloomberg.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-10-17/mueller-said-ready-to-deliver-key-findings-in-his-trump-probe

I was a tad concerned about what it said here:

"Rosenstein has made it clear that he wants Mueller to wrap up the investigation as expeditiously as possible, another U.S. official said. The officials gave no indications about the details of Mueller’s conclusions. Mueller’s office declined to comment for this story."

If this is accurate, then it would reveal the pressure on Rod has affected him where he now holds this viewpoint, or at least is saying it for political consumption. Before it was all about allowing special counsel to take as long as it will take, as it should. It's also at odds to what the article says here:

"There’s no indication, though, that Mueller is ready to close up shop, even if he does make some findings, according to former federal prosecutors. Several matters could keep the probe going, such as another significant prosecution or new lines of inquiry. And because Mueller’s investigation has been proceeding quietly, out of the public eye, it’s possible there have been other major developments behind the scenes."

reply

Last night on some of the cable news shows I was flipping through, many were saying that this wasn't accurate - Rosenstein had never indicated he wanted Mueller to wrap this up quickly.

Time will tell. With Cohen and Mueller clocking in dozens of hours, I have a feeling Mueller is all set.

reply

Fox is not news.

reply

Midterms are over. Where are the findings?

reply

Patience is a virtue. Were Rethuglikkkans this impatient with the investigation into Benghazeeeee or Hillary’s emails? The answer is “ nope”.

Patience? That was the name of a stripper I once dated, but seriously, we need those key finding released ASAP!

reply

You do know tramp is still giving written answers to Mueller's team??!!! YES, your president is holding everything up!!

reply

tramp?

reply

YES! He is a TRAMP who loves to go raw into porn stars and playboy bunnies!

reply

Tramp is definitely a nicer name for him than one-pump Trump.

reply

thats stormy? right?

reply

All trustworthy accounts (re: everyone other than FOX, Breitbart, Daily Caller, Alex Jones, etc) say Donnie Diapers has had nothing but sleepless nights since last week, fearful that Mueller is going to be indicting him soon.

reply

donnie diapers?

reply

Yep, good ol' Donnie Diapers. Mueller has him in his 'crosshairs' as Republicans like to say.

The 2018 United States elections were held in the United States on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Today is Nov 15, 2018.

Ok, you have shown us you can keep track of time. This must impress your friends each day at the Cracker Barrel?

Key findings update:

13 days, no Mueller update.

Stayed tuned...for our next update.

reply

The fun of watching T-rump have a complete mental breakdown in public, in anticipation of Mueller's findings over the past 13 days, is worth the price of admission.

I hope Mueller drags this out more, until T-rump is removed from Office in a straitjacket.

reply

Keep in mind they haven't even indicted Roger Stone yet.

Guccifer 2.0 is responsible for the hack, a hack that would've been identical to Watergate if committed by an American. By claiming to be in contact with them and Wikileaks, Stone has not only incriminated himself, but he has incriminated the Trump campaign because he indeed was part of it.

I'm not saying Stone is absolutely guilty. I hate the man with every fiber of my being, but he's been known to lie in the past to boost his cred. Unfortunately for Stone, his track record of being a fraud isn't a "get out of indictment" card.

reply

Stone? Lie? Nonsense!

LOL!

reply

As we count down days and deadlines, let us remind you and all T-rump supporters:

669 days - still no border wall and no "six figure jobs" creation.

reply

And no "big, beautiful healthcare bill" either.

reply

Thank you for reminding me that Trump is still President.

reply

Yes, 669 days - no healthcare bill, no wall, no six-figure jobs.

But we do have his daughter sending out private emails about government business! I think a year's worth totally "hundreds" of emails.

Key findings update:

18 days, no Mueller update.

reply

Thank you for reminding us the Mueller investigation is still going strong, eating away at T-rump every single day.

Meanwhile, day 675 of the T-rump Presidency and still no border wall, still no better replacement of Obamacare, and still no "millions of high paying jobs" from the job creator.

However, 6,000+ lies to the American people.

I guess you missed all the news about Manafort lying to Mueller during his plea agreement, and Cohen flipping for Mueller and telling him everything about the Russian deal in 2016?

Looks like FOX NEWS isn't telling you this. They're probably still investigating those Starbucks coffee cups with the 'Seasons Greetings' printed on them.

reply

I don't have cable and I don't watch Fox News. I briefly saw something about it on the national news. I am not surprised they flipped though, they made a plea deal to stay out of prison.

reply

I don't think anybody believed any of that. Quite frankly Trump is your President because nobody wants to see Tracy Flick win in the movie Election we would rather see the dumbass American Pie guy win over Tracy Flick

reply

So much for that, then. One thing I admire about Mueller is that he is slow, methodical, and doesn't seem to care what either side thinks of him, says he's going to do, or who's toes he steps on.

If people just leave him alone, he'll get the job done. Right now I think he's following the money, and right now I think that's where the really, really juicy stuff is.

reply

yup. I agree. Let the man work, but it may not be so simple because Trump does everything to stop that investigation (most recent appointee for AG). We all know he IS guilty, but one thing is not clear... Can he pardon himself?
I believe that Muller holds back because he can pardon himself, so he (Muller) waits for the next election, so Trump loses his presidential right of pardon.

reply

We don't KNOW he is. But why would anyone work so hard to stop an investigation if he didn't know there'd be something devastating to find? I mean, dude really ACTS guilty. And from what I've read, he doesn't want Mueller to get anywhere near his finances. I've also read that after managing to lose his shirt in the casino business (which I understand is quite a feat, since casinos are basically licenses to print money) no one would loan to him except the Russian banks -- which is to say, Russia. Plenty of smoke, right there. And I'm fairly certain that's where Mueller's finally concentrating.

Can he pardon himself? I doubt it. If he could have, Nixon would have done it way back when. But if it is possible, I think he'd do it. As I said, he's leaving clawing and scratching.

reply

"And from what I've read, he doesn't want Mueller to get anywhere near his finances."

He need not worry about that for the rest of the year.

But come January, that's the first thing the Dems in the House of Representatives will be asking him 'nicely' to turn over, before they get an investigation going with that - complete with subpoenas.

reply

He needs to turn over his tax returns, and we ought to make it mandatory for all candidates to do so.

I wonder if he thinks he'd get a better deal from Pelosi. He's now saying he can guarantee her the votes to win the Speakership. He'd like the next speaker to be an old friend who's politically beholden to him.

reply

This is undoubtedly true. He fears a speaker left of Pelosi and not beholden to the special interests that both Trump and Nancy are beholden to.

reply

Trump and Pelosi in cahoots? That's quite a conspiracy theory. I don't think Trump supporters were too happy the last time Pelosi was speaker. Maybe you're still as out of touch now as you were when you said Hillary would win in a landslide. Or maybe if Trump wanted Ocasio-Cortez for speaker, you would say he wants her because she's inexperienced and won't get anything done.

Forget all that. Democrats aren't passing any legislation either way. This is simple. Trump wants to put a corrupt corporate face on the Democrat party so that they're less likely to get votes next election. Occam's razor. Nice of you to try and blame Trump, but you guys are going to get Pelosi by your own accord because you're addicted to that corporate cash.

reply

Nobody is saying they're in cahoots except you and Infowars.

Nixon wasn't charged with anything that could potentially land him in an orange jumpsuit. Anyways, even if he can't pardon himself, and from everything I've read on this subject suggests he could, he still can pardon his son and others who were involved.
But mark my words, when Trump loses next election (he has to right? I mean the man is a moron. He says something, then denies it like there is no record of what he said, like the "Pocahontas" thing with Elizabeth Warren... give a million to a charity as you have promised you dick.) Where was I?... oh right... Once out of pardon power, we will see indictments rolling in.

And a side note: E. Warren should give it another shot. Very intelligent woman. You guys need someone like her to gain some credibility as a nation on the international stage. 'cauze now, since more than a half voted for Trump, everyone thinks U.S. is full of mostly stupid people... he he he...

What about Clinton?

Well, sure, but I think Warren would do you guys good. No baggage, no stigma.

reply

key findings aside, we can expect more indictments probably this week, as a result of mueller & manafort applying for a 10 day delay on the sentencing recommend, since otherwise manafort's role in supporting the indictments, and thus a leak of the oncoming indictments themselves, would result.

i'm thinking stone, donJr & Jerrin - or some combination, but in that order of likelihood.

there is no record of either the first two being yet interviewed, which puts them both first on the firing line, very much on the collusion-ish front.

All accounts say Donnie Diapers has had many sleepless nights since the midterms ended. Let it be him!

You are the news guy around here. Please post update.

Working on it..

In the meantime, can you update us on the Wall T-rump promised Mexico will pay for, the millions of 'high paying jobs' he promised to create, and the repeal and replacement of Obamacare, with something even better he was going to have done by the end of January, 2017?

Thanks - we're waiting....

reply

The wall is currently being built and paid for by Mexico, that deal was in the new USMCA. Trump never said "high paying jobs" but he is creating millions of new jobs. Repeal and replacement is up to Congress, his buddy McCain voted no so we are still stuck with it.

reply

No wall is being built or paid by Mexico.

He did pledge “ high paying jobs” in six- figure range but all we got are more minimum wage jobs at Dollar Stores.

He can repeal and replace Obamacare with an executive order as he’s done so many others. He said this would be done his first week in the White House. So far nothing.

Any more lies you want to tell?
