For once as a Republican, one with a CONSCIENCE, I hope she's not prosecuted, as it seems to be overreacting, and she should be protected, and she can't be prosecuted for something major as this...I don't think she was under oath..?

No, because if the FBI had been allowed to do a THOROUGH investigation, there were people from Ford's past she had told about the assault that would have corroborated her testimony.

If this had occurred--a proper FBI investigation--the only person who'd possibly be prosecuted for lying to Congress would be Kavanaugh, since there were witnesses willing to swear to the FBI that he lied about the amount of his drinking and his behaviour whilst drunk.

Unfortunately this isn’t a court of law so it’s unlikely her perjury will be prosecuted. Same goes for Feinstein and athe democrat party’s obstruction of justice and collusion with the nutty professor.

Fortunately the American people know exactly what was going on with the democrat party’s bastardization of the SCOTUS nomination process.
