New report: T-rump directed Cohen and son Eric to seek restraining order against Stormy Daniels

On the day that Stormy Daniels, former mistress to Donald T-rump, releases her tell-all "Full Disclosure", a report has surfaced by the Wall Street Journal which says T-rump instructed his son Eric and his personal attorney (at the time) to file a restraining order against the 39 year old Daniels, to keep her from describing their affair publicly this past winter.

Sources say Daniels was ready to go public with her 2007 affair with T-rump earlier this year, despite her NDA she signed in October, 2016. In a phone call, T-rump reportedly instructed his then- attorney Cohen to seek a restraining order against Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, through a confidential arbitration proceeding.

T-rump then instructed Cohen to coordinate the legal response with his son Eric Trump, and another outside lawyer who had represented Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization in other matters. Eric Trump, who is running the company with his brother Donnie Diapers since his father took Office, then asked a Trump Organization staff attorney in California to sign off on the arbitration paperwork, according to the report.

In early 2018, shortly after the Wall Street Journal published their report about the 2016 NDA, Daniels was willing to talk to the press about her alleged sexual encounter with T-rump in the summer of 2007. T-rump then told Cohen to enforce the contract in arbitration and indicated he would pay legal costs.

“I’ll take care of everything,” the president said, according to today's report.

Since the story of the affair and the 'hush money payment' started gaining traction earlier this year, T-rump as well as his organization, has denied any knowledge of the arbitration or payments to Daniels.
