What part of "newly defined flood zone" didn't you comprehend? The first flood was 5 years ago due to global warming. My local leaders are actually creating wetlands and created Obama-like regulations re: rebuilding and new housing. I see houses and stores on stilts now which will be needed because of Trump stupidly pulling out of the Paris Agreement.
Today's French news mentioned him, Houston, Florida and asked why hasn't he changed his mind about The Paris Agreement with all the obvious ramifications of continued global warming. They know he's an idiot.
Why did Trump pull out of the Paris Agreement? Is he going to use taxpayers' money to rebuild Houston, Florida, The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico using practical measures against flooding or do the same stupidity.

Spain news also mentioned something about Trump but I couldn't understand what the were saying as I don't speak Spanish. If global warming was actually real I would be upset too that the US pulled out of the Paris agreement. Unfortunately it hasn't been proven to be true yet. If the last ice age ended about 11,000 years ago, wouldn't it make sense that the Earth is naturally getting warmer? How could humans have affected the temperature of the Earth when the industrial revolution only started about 200 years ago? Some scientists just automatically blame humans for the cause when in actuality it could just be the natural cycle of the Earth and we just happen to be living in the time when the Earth is getting warmer. Who would people blame if the Earth was heading towards the next ice age and was getting colder? I am sure we would be at fault somehow for making the Earth get colder and scientists would be trying to find a way to make it warmer cause humans don't like cold weather.

When people bash one Party I like to point out the other one is just as evil, in fact they are both the same but have different names. Of course I have nothing positive to say about Trump, he has good intentions but has no idea what he is doing. Obama also had good intentions about making my country better but in the end absolutely nothing changed. What people tend to forget is that Congress is the one that creates and passes new laws. If they wanted to make things better they could. But they won't cause they are always intentionally trying to make the other party look bad. The Rep bitched and moaned about the Dem being in charge for 8 years and now its flipped. Now the Dem are constantly bashing the Rep. This is the cycle we are in now and no one wins, especially the American people.

I disagree that nothing changed under Obama. Gays can marry and lives were saved because of ACA. He stopped an impending economic collapse, and saved people's homes with HAMP/HARP, signed the Paris Agreement, denuked Iran, killed Osama Bin-Laden.
You're giving too much power to Congress. You're forgetting that they're afraid of the American people. When you write/phone your representative especially in unison, they do listen because they don't want to lose your vote. The root problem is that Americans are divided as to what they want which is being reflected in Congress. Moderation and compromise are not bad things.

I am not defending Trump. I just like to point out that people will criticize whomever is President. If Hillary was Pres then everyone would be over on her boards moaning and complaining. The left bitched and complained about Bush Jr for 8 years and then the right bitched and complained about Obama for 8 years, its a never ending cycle of hypocrisy. And now it continues with Trump.
