John Barrowman challenged him four days ago, and David never did it! :-( I know he's shooting Gracepoint, but he could do it after shooting is done for the day (so he doesn't have to redo his make-up or hair). It only takes a minute to do, and you're supposed to do it within 24 hours of the challenge. I'm bummed he hasn't done it.

Totally agree with you! Water resources are in such short supply in many parts of the world, droughts kill so many people and destroy harvests, stock and animals, that wasting water like this for charity does not sit well with me. I think it's a really insensitive way to raise awareness, no matter how worthy the cause it's being done for. It makes no sense to have charities supporting water issues and other charities that squander the stuff. Symbolically, that sends a really skewed message.Tennant has visited desperately poor parts of Africa for ComicRelief and is a supporter of the One Water campaign. Maybe he thinks that chucking buckets of water over people in the name of charity is not his thing.f
