I keep seeing people using a gif of David Tennant crying, sitting on the ground, leaning against a door, holding what looks like a picture frame. What's it from? :)

It's from one of the trailers for Single Father, but iirc not in the episode itself. It's Dave crying after receiving the dna result letter.
