Coincidence I noticed.

The two movies I've seen him in were Men in Black 3 (2012) and Hugo (2011). For him they were back to back.
Both movies featured man's first trip to the moon, but not the same one. There was the US Apollo 11, and a 1902 French fantasy.

Also, both movies were 3D, although MIB3 was post-processed 3D.

I was surprised to learn that the film historian in Hugo was also Griffen in MIB3.

He was superb as Griffin.
