In 1993, he starred alongside Mercedes Ruehl, Richard Dreyfuss, Irene Worth, and Mike Damus. in Neil Simon's film version, Lost in Yonkers (1993), Stoll lost his life to cancer, Wednesday 21st May 1997, at the age of 20.
