Kristen #25 on the IMDb Starmeter This Week (11/30/20)

Kristen is #25 on the IMDb Starmeter this week: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0829576/
Quite impressive for an actress who some mistakenly claim is past the twilight of her career, no pun intended, whose 15 minutes of fame is supposedly over.

reply

For god sakes, why?? She is so lousy.

reply

To state "She is so lousy" is your highly subjective and biased opinion and evaluation of her acting--whereas, Kristen being ranked #25 on the IMDb Starmeter is an objective fact.

reply

Interesting and good to hear, especially given how relatively quiet she's been with projects and movies. She was often up pretty well or very well in Starmeter ratings before too.

reply

I believe a major reason why Kristen's currently ranked so high is because of her starring role in Happiest Season, which is currently the #1 ranked movie on IMDb after moving up 55 spots just over the past week. Another case in point is that some of her costars in this film such as Mackenzie Davis (#9), Dan Levy (#21), Alison Brie (#45), Mary Holland (#97), and Aubrey Plaza (#107), have also moved up the IMDb Starmeter after the streaming release of this film.

Right, I wasn't thinking about Happiest Season and that makes sense as to her Star Meter rating. As I've also said before, I really like Mackenzie Davis also, have seen and liked her in several of her roles. I'm looking forward to seeing Kristen and Mackenzie together in this movie. :)

Like I was telling Carved on another thread, Kristen's chemistry with Mackenzie Davis wasn't as good as her chemistry with Robert Pattinson in Twilight, Jesse Eisenberg in Adventureland and American Ultra, or Dakota Fanning in The Runaways, if one wants to compare it to one of her previous sapphic onscreen love interests. I would even go as far as to say that Kristen and Aubrey Plaza had better interpersonal alchemy in Happiest Season. That being said, both Kristen and Mackenzie churned out two of the best performances of their careers.
