She Is So Hot

Don't care what any of you dorks say, she's attractive. Pasty-skinned, bisexual, gay, homewrecker, stoner, I don't care. Her apathy makes her hotter.

The Twilight movies sort of ruined her career, but she was beautiful and talented enough to do much more. If she had spent her twenties doing pure indie stuff rather than on the front page of tabloids she would have matured into a fine actress. But she was placed into roles, by her agents or someone, where she never ever belonged. She is not, by any stretch, someone who should play any version of Snow White. Even a "Joan of Arc" inspired version of Snow White. It's just stupid

But yeah, she's beautiful

Twilight was good for her in some ways. She did a lot to help make it successful and to be done right for fans. It also got her much notice. The Twilight craze was pretty wild. But I think the movie and role were more niche, though a large one. For those who didn't like it, the actors were tainted by it. But many of them got more notice and work from it so there were two sides to it all. The problem is that some people continue to think of her in that role, not giving her much of a chance at all the other work she's done before and after it. I agree with you there.

As for Indies, she has done a lot of them, really what she's done the most, especially after Twilight. She has received strong praise and awards by critics at many film festivals for most of her work, receiving a French Caesar award, first for a US actress. France's equivalent to the Oscar. I think as she continues with a lot of the Indie work, as she is doing for the most part with several films on the way, it'll continue to be good for her

Although she's not a classic beauty in the absolute strictest sense of the term (e.g., according to the Golden Ratio of 1.618 as a dork would refer to), I still consider her to be one of the prettiest actresses working in Hollywood today. Here are some pictures of her beauty as a case in point: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C78I97Bgp6E

She is the most uninteresting actress in the biz. Zero appeal.

I’m not shocked that you’re one of those “this actress is soooo hot” people ... I’m just disappointed in you.

Bonus points for beginning your celebrity love letter by calling other people “dorks” without a trace of irony.

Her apathy makes her hotter

Awww, are you still butt hurt that I said you lost your trolling ability?

I guess we found your soft spot. Do you ACTUALLY take pride in your trolling? That's heartbreaking

I've noticed you using a lot more LOLs in your posts lately. Kind of a lazy shortcut in the "art" of trolling, don't you think?

Tell me, do you just wake up one day and suddenly you've "lost it" (the talent/ability), or does it slip away little by little as the passion/energy slowly fades?

I've always been fascinated by the process of artists/athletes becoming past their prime

Bro, before you continue to try and divert, just answer one question for me: on a scale of 1-10, how lonely were you feeling while writing this post?

Judging by stuff like this:

She is not, by any stretch, someone who should play any version of Snow White. Even a "Joan of Arc" inspired version of Snow White. It's just stupid

But yeah, she's beautiful

I’m guessing ... 9?

Two replies from you LOLOL. Salty much?

Also, I wasn't lonely at all. I was cuddling my homemade Kristen Stewart sex doll. She has a functional vaginal cavity, and she'd ridden me to climax before I made the post, so it wasn't a thirstpost or anything

She has a boy haircut, moron

why people hate twilight i think the whole series was cool.bela was the best part and i never read the books i will someday but the films were just hey no masterpiece or something but great in there own way,i mean what did people expected ! ? harry potter ?.it was what it was they were not trying to shove it down peoples throat its the unfair undeserved hate it received that made it people go like ooh is it really bad then it must be bad, people and their imaginations and assumptions ,hey i saw it i loved it in some parts of the world people hate it some loved it and without a doubt kristen stewart was born to play that role.

She did a great job in Twilight as one of the main stars and did a lot of work to make sure the fans of the story were pleased with it, kept true to the books as much as possible. That's a lot of pressure on the shoulders of a teen ager, especially given how successful the films were both with fans and with the box office numbers.

What you wrote is the gist of what Peter Travers stated in a movie review published in Rolling Stone:
https://www.rollingstone.com/movies/movie-reviews/twilight-2-252836/

Here are my favorite excerpts from his review, which I absolutely agree with:

Bummer. The vampires have no fangs. The humans are humdrum. The special effects and makeup define cheeseball. And the movie crowds in so many characters from Stephenie Meyer’s book that Catherine Hardwicke (Thirteen) is less a director than a traffic cop. But there’s a reason that Twilight has already become the movie equivalent of a bestseller: The love story has teeth.

Props to Kristen Stewart, 18, and Robert Pattinson, 22, for playing this uncool-girl-meets-undead-boy story with genuine romantic ardor. They’re both terrific. Even when the movie gets really silly, they never do. Stewart (Panic Room, Into the Wild) brings just the right blend of ferocity and feeling to the role of Bella Swan, the loner from Phoenix who leaves her mom to live with her police-chief dad in rarely sunny (hint! hint!) Washington state.

My advice: Focus on Pattinson and Stewart. They make you understand why the books sold 17 million copies.

To further paraphrase what you and Peter Travers have stated, the primary reason The Twilight Saga worked was because the onscreen romance that Kristen and Robert Pattinson had was believable and palpable. Isn't that the main thing audiences want in a coming-of-age chick flick? Kristen and Robert delivered, millions of fans of the Twilight books were pleased, and that's all that really matters in the grand scheme of things. No, this film wasn't designed to win any Academy Awards. It was made to appeal especially to female moviegoers who yearn to see love and romance in a manner in which is depicted in romance novels--albeit romance novels for young adults. This is why the amount of money this film would eventually gross caught everyone by surprise as the makers of this film were definitely targeted a niche audience--which in my humble opinion, did not include the average heterosexual male from any age group or demographic for that matter. Being that Twilight has become one of the most commercially successful female oriented films of all time, I would say, despite the movie's glaring flaws, this film franchise succeeded in large part because of how Kristen portrayed Bella Swan.

While chick flicks are not my cup of tea, unless they have, either believable performances by its leads, as was true with the first installment of Twilight where Kristen and Rob had undeniable chemistry, or if it has an ingenious storyline, which in my opinion, it did not. Besides the good chemistry Kristen and Robert had, other aspects of this film which made it watchable was director Katherine Hardwicke's ability to capture a gothic atmosphere that was dark and mysterious but not off-putting in a way a sadistic vampiric horror film would usually depict such an ambience. Another thing I admittedly liked about this film was its soundtrack which contained songs such as Muse's "Supermassive Black Hole", Linkin Park's "Leave Out All the Rest", Paramore's "Decode", Iron & Wine's "Flightless Bird, American Mouth", Blue Foundation's "Eyes On Fire", The Black Ghosts' "Full Moon", Carter Burwell's "Bella's Lullaby", and Radiohead's "15 Step", which played during the end credits of the movie but not included in the original soundtrack.

Right, this was a young adult movie which had huge appeal to a large audience. That's something those who hate of the film probably don't take into consideration. It wasn't meant for everyone, and it would seem that most films aren't made for everyone but have more appeal to certain audiences.

I also feel that the cast was very good in this, very entertaining and did well with their roles. The film did seem to help a lot of the cast - Michael Welch, Christian Serratos, Anna Kendrick and more. Kristen and Rob have done very well after the Twilight series.

I liked the film more so because of the hidden or darker world of supernatural creatures but your point of the romance story of the main characters is so true. Rob and Kristen did a great job, had great chemistry and that was huge in making the movies so good for the fan base.

Yeah Ron, The Twilight Saga films are by no means four-quadrant movies, as by its definition, it supposed to appeal to both male and female audiences as well as the over and under 25 years of age demographic. "The Hunger Games" and "Harry Potter" film franchises fit the definition of four-quadrant films much better.

I thought it was pretentious and loaded with cgi and advertisements. It seemed like tenny boppers trying to be vampires. Whenever I looked at the screen I just cringed.

reply

Yeah, I've had a crush on her since she was a teen actress in stuff like Speak, Cold Creek Manor, and Panic Room

And no, I'm not a pedo lol, I was a teenager too at the time when I saw those movies

She does look kind of weird now. She is a big time hippie so probably does do lots of drugs. Still, her tits are pretty nice in the On The Road movie

reply

I first saw her in Panic Room and I thought she did such a great job and certainly held her own alongside veteran Jodie Foster. I thought she showed a lot of maturity and poise so I kept her in mind to see what she did in later films, especially as she got older. I felt that I saw that from her performances in most of her next films I saw - The Cake Eaters, Speak, Into the Wild and I really liked her performance in those earlier films. Then of course the same in her later films where she has taken on many strong roles and received very good critical praise for many of them, especially at film festivals.
