Why hasn't he had a big break?

It's funny, for a guy that's never had any huge roles he's always stood out in his bit parts for me. He most certainly has the "it" factor and he stands out from other actors, that being said - why hasn't he scored more roles? Is he just not avidly auditioning or something? Having the "it" factor triumphs over any acting abilities therefore it just stuns me that he's never had a break. If he has a horrible agent or he just doesn't care, then I find that extremely sad because he could be doing much bigger things with his career.
