Anyone know the movie?

This was the only place I could think of to post this question, but the actor in the movie kind of reminds me of tom everett scott. It was about 10 years ago and a movie came on tv and I only remember one quote. The principal (I think) had the main character and his girlfriend locked in somewhere and he looked at the principal and said "If you dont let me out of here right now I'll kick you in the balls"...all I can remember, hopefully someone can help, thanks :)
