I've tried changing it, but that's the message I've got:
The primary photo associated with a person on IMDb can be determined by a number of different criteria. Some images are uploaded and chosen by the actors themselves, or their authorized representatives; some are supplied by our image content partners; some are manually selected by our editorial staff; some are automatically picked based on the size/format/type of images available for that person.

While we welcome feedback about our selection of photos, and we always appreciate reports of images that are incorrectly displayed, we regret that we can't modify the headshot chosen for a filmography page on a case-by-case basis.
So, it won't change so soon. This current picture has been on his profile for the last 4 years, he doesn't even look like that anymore but Imdb won't change it. The same is happening to Kate Winslet's profile picture (and other actors), but they won't change it either. On the other hand, some actors have their profile pictures changed 3 times in a year.
