i think he's gay....just a feeling

That's ridiculous. Take me, for example. I'm gay, but I'm not hot, I'm not attractive, I have a bland personality, I love to nitpick, etc. I'm all-around unappealing. On the other hand, I know of straight guys that just totally hot and have tons of friends. Sexual orientation is nothing more than the hormones with which someone is born; it doesn't affect physical and personality traits at all.

I'd have to disagree with the original poster's conclusion - men this hot are NOT straight. But I still suspect this man is bisexual. There is just something about him. I've always been known to be right when I believe someone is gay. For Peter, it's his voice, his mannerisms, and the fact that he is attracted to gay and bisexual storylines (Boys Don't Cry, Kinsey, Year of the Dog, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh). Of course there's nothing wrong with it. But I am definitely curious to know if I'm right or wrong.

Chances are you're wrong. If you don't know the person first hand, you're in no position to judge them on that level. You could take pride in pointing at people and trying to guess their sexual orientation, but you're still going to be wrong a number of times.

Unless someone has seen him in bed with another man or he discloses he had a relationship with a guy, hope all you want but you can't say he is gay or bi, especially not because of the roles he picks.

I know. This whole thing about PS being gay is absurd. Sexual orientation has to do with the hormones, sure, but I also think that what makes you gay is your capacity to fall in love with someone of the same sex, don't you agree?

LazyCrazy, don't forget about the dying gaul

So, judging by the roles actors pick, Julianne Moore (The Hours, The Kids Are Alright) and Charlize Theron (Monster) are lesbians then.

Look, I've seen a sort of what you'd call behind the scenes video of he and Maggie. He was speaking to one of the security people just before he spoke with the press. I was amazing to see the change in the inflection of voice--leading all to speculate he's gay, bisexual whatever. Actors change persona in the public eye, including the way they speak. Blake Lively, his co-star on Green Lantern, has a VERY FAKE accent in the public eye. You know that's not her real voice.

I think he's gay too but not because he's hot or not hot...that has nothing to do with whether someone is gay! lol
