syrian...how do u get that? she looks about as white as can be. if she looked syrian her skin tone would be a lot darker and she'd prolly have curly hair or something. i don't understand how u specifically come up with syrian though? i mean you can say she looks jordanian or iraqi for that matter. why not just say middle eastern?

reply

because of her particular nose and eyes and ear shape. In swimming pool she says if somebody mess w/ me I mess w/ them back in that moment she reveals these better. For someone who knows the middle-eastern region the Syrian are not that dark and curly as one may imagine, especially if ancestors moved to France ages back and lived there for decades.

sorry but i have never seen a syrian person with blonde hair, blue eyes and white skin. The last name Sagnier is a French as a name can get .

This has absolutely nothing to do with Ludivine Sagnier even though I myself have seen some Syrians who are blonde and/or have red hair- many different groups have mixed throughout the centuries, that is very undeniable, and no one is "pure" anything it seems- she does look exotic though, even though she is French indeed.

This thread is a bit diverse from the usual "Is he\she Jewish" threads that pops up everywhere on IMDB. Good job.

A lot of middle eastern people did emigrate to France in Roman times, not to mention the moorish invasions in the dark ages. In any case France borders on the mediterrean is by no means a (Nordic) white country, but is probably closer to Spain and Italy as far as phenotytpe.

And yes there are Syrians with light eyes and hair. The ignorance of people never fails to surprise..

I agree totally
