I've never, ever heard of this guy, but after watching the first episode I can't help but thinking he's destined for big things. As the bad guy he had more charisma than most everyone else. Terrific casting.

shareI totally agree with kpy85 and he is a standout indeed.
shareHis performance as Don has become the only reason why I watch it (especially now that they've thankfully ended his relationship with Maggie). He's not only believable as a guy who got as far in his field as to be an EP for major news market, he's inhabited the character with a lot of heart, even when he's being a less than cordial.
